Hokushin and another rampage member were complaining about how ToV was better 2-3 weeks ago with the player agreement. And now that rampage isn't getting a majority of the tov targets they are upset with the "new" rules. The funny part is the rules were changed from the player agreement because rampage refused to negotiate or compromise on their autofire FTEs.

It was basically rampage bitching about how they are losing targets and complaining about coth ducking in places like kael. It was a lot of one sided crying that only the 2 people from rampage felt was a problem. Both sirken and uber stated that the way things are now, with server rules, was fine and there was no problem with coth ducking.
