Shit, really? Chicken, beans, fish, eggs, soy protein ect all have BCAAs in them. Are you saying isolates specifically are banned?
When I started taking BCAAs and creatine in addition to whey I
blew the fuck up. I put on muscle fairly well with just diet and lifting, but those made a huge difference in size and strength. It's like roids jr without the small testicles and PMS.
