We seem to have a lot of east coasters, I'm lookin for some info. I'll be brief.
Taking a trip to the east for a couple of weeks, going to be in New York City for a few days, what should I see?
Also, will be spending most of the time at my gfs parents place in Connecticut, anything interesting in that area?
As of now I'm pretty much just going to see a show and checking out some museums. So I'm pretty open to any other ideas the locals might have. Not too interested in the classics: Statue of Liberty ect.

make a list of things you know about New York. don't visit any of those things or places. instead go to queens and walk around and eat good food and talk to people.
