Chtulu is a total Asshat imo, also a bigger burden to this server than Abacab was.
My lowbie cleric buddy was camping AC (in upper guk) cause he is new to the server and needed a pair of legs. I showed up to make sure the cleric could handle the camp then Chtulu logged off. the next day, I logged in and the cleric told me not two hours later Chtulu logs in again and starts pulling the crocs in the water where the cleric can't root/nuke them, then ended up getting out DPS'd by the cleric which was Level 30 (LOL) ....Uber fail war.
