It depends on what you define as AI.. if you define AI as only an operating system with a consciousness then yes.

But the truth is, heh.. if you look at humanity... the definition of intelligence is relative.

So a robot able to learn how to complete a task or job, is considered AI.

On the subject of an operating system with a consciousness?

I believe what you would get is precisely the end of the movie 'Her'

You'll end up, the same as you were before you started. So Ai in that sense, is a paradox, you cannot create it without it resetting itself
