Warrior, cleric, chanter, monk
Best tank (defensive/evasive), best heals (CH and rezzes), best buffs/CC (clarity, haste, slows) best puller (FD is unfair) - shamans are fine too but there's a lot of overlap with the chanter. This foursome will scale well all the way to 60 and be able defeat very challenging content.
