Umm, it's fixed so they stopped caring. But it's not fixed because it's still broken. IT people filling out their completed folder. No Operations officer saying "this is high priority, we need to make a change here. initiate this change without patch or make the patch happen, I deem this worth a patch."
No epics will be had until the patch.
