I understand that reading can be challenging but it is also fundamental. Exactly who was camped out under telk to pull? The person who pet pulled ran there from the entrance. You could bind in ToV on live so exactly how is binding in ToV now an infraction?
You don't have to ALL start from the entrance, the current rule for ToV is that you cannot pull a raid mob from the wing your raid is set up in. Meaning Divinity pulling Telk while they were in WToV farming trash was an infraction. The entrance is just not a wing therefore you can pull any mob from any wing there. Thanks for proving that your incompetence extends past your play.

Where in the raid rules does it talk about wings. It talks about zones, period. When I walk through the arches into West I don't zone. Your entire raid needs to start from the entrance (minus your two trackers) and you shouldn't be using any binds past the entrance to facilitate a pull, period.
