PoHate got updated in the most recent patch when the 2nd floor was opened. I'm curious if PoFear gives the same skill cap increases because it was also updated in the recent patch.

I have; Defense stays capped low in red numbers in Fear. Near as I can tell, skills are only working correctly in Plane of Hate.
