exactly. we arent telling people where or how to kill mobs (aside from the rule posted at http://www.project1999.com/raid.php stating that " To encourage competitive racing, guilds may not camp players out in the vicinity of raid targets.". all we're saying is that players are responsible for, and need to be held accountable for the mobs that they pull.

So by this definition. In the example of two raid forces massing at zone in. It's best if one guild starts clearing in the path the raid mob will take to get to zone in. Which means in order for the other guild to pull past the clearing guild they will have to train said target on to that clearing guild. Thus forcing the pulling guild to concede the mob.
