Well I'm not against arabs immigrating to Europe or anywhere. My family here in america are immigrants from scandinavia. My grandmother emigrated from Germany before Hitler rose to power. My great grandfather sailed to New York from Finland. He didn't even know english. He came here for adventure and work. I support anybody emigrating who'll be productive. That ultimately makes us stronger if it's not just a drain. I'm not even against illegals IF they're otherwise lawful and working or seeking work. Fact is, the US has probably 13 million illegals, 60% of them mexican. BUT many work using fabricated/abused SSN and papers. They're "documented." They're being taxed something on the order of 20+ billion every year. Big part of economy.
But it does seem to be some common things happening now:
1) genders are the same
2) cultures are the same
3) people are the same
etc....
There's the idea everything is the same. Everybody is the same. I don't agree with it.
Goddamnit I'm a male and I'm not the same as a female. I'm an AMERICAN, not a European or a Chinese. I think part of standing up for what we're is believing we're different and for good cause. I think one of the things occurring now is the erosion of distinctions. Partly it's the belief peace can't exist with difference. We're trying to force this on ourselves.
It's the same mentality which is everyone is a winner if they participate! And if they don't, they get slapped on the wrist. It's an extreme desire for peace and calm. For maybe evne pacifism. I think ti's authoritarian.
