I don't think they've set in stone exactly what it's going to be, but the consensus is that they are following an eve-esque model where they will sell "gold" and you can buy premium with gold or something but the vendors in the game all use "silver" which is a different currency. Idk from what I saw it doesn't really seem pay2win because even if you can buy some stuff, you can't equip anything higher tier unless you skill it up yourself first. The free to play will mimic the premium but resource yields/fame may be reduced per node/kill you get. Essentially, you get exp/gather reduction.. or a boost for premium if u want to look at it that way. By how much? I dont know, ppl are speculating 50% or so.
I haven't played the game myself, so I don't know if that's too much or makes little difference in the grind.
