Good post but you really need to watch past episodes of Vice on HBO. A lot of immigration is not the result of economic factors. The US deports foreign-born gang members who then organize and terrorize their countries of origin. Vice is mainstream media. They pull in over a billion dollars a year in advertising revenue. They're getting a cable news network. This isn't conspiracy theory. They actually interview people who are in transit across Mexico, where female immigrants are routinely raped. They're coming to the US for physical security, not economic reasons exclusively.
Same thing in Syria. Obama is sitting in the white house having a jolly old time watching drones bomb the shit out of Syria. The proxy war in Syria has made habitation unsafe. Thus the mass migration to Europe. It's about physical security, the ability to coninue to be alive. Economics is part of that, but it's not the whole story.

You seem mad. I would be too if I supported someone who is so obviously incompetent. I'm not mad at Trump. The level of support he has received confirms everything I've always suspected about the average intelligence of my fellow humans. I don't really have a dog in this fight because I don't participate in the political process. Electronic voting machines cannot be audited, so democracy is the intellectual property of companies like Diebold that manufacture them and create the proprietary software that runs them.
