Does he look under the age of 30? In most states the law is if you are visibly under the age of 30, you have to produce ID, regardless of how many times you have seen him. Not sure about your laws. I was partially trolling you, I don't expect you to be following the letter of the law...but maybe not a bad idea.

I was carded at least 50 times a year I reckon at a popular bar and restaurant lounge because the government had stung them too many times and they had to make sure they were following the law.

It was silly and the bartender thought it was dumb, but it wasn't his call.
