I have watched and participated in it first hand. When you watch someone walk into a "Men's" bathroom you typically expect a man to be entering. It's quite comical when the man is, in every way, shape and form, pretending to be a woman. Yes - expect to be ridiculed by those who don't care about "yr" feelings.

Should there be a state bureau at the clerk of courts who decides who is "passable" and pretty enough to use the Womens bathroom as a transgender?

Seems this is the next big rights fight as the women are calling it rape, perversion, and spying. But only when you can "tell" that its a man, of course.
