This is after numerous reports of guildies being tracked in large open zones. I wasn't aware SKs had track. GM's let this shit pass?

He was coming from Cabilis. You neglected to mention how many other players were in the zone. If there were any other <Friends>, Beastagor was probably told of your location and direction in Teamspeak and may have /assisted a group member for your target.

Usually when people accuse others of hacking, it's because another player exceeded their expectations and showed an unexpected level skill and knowledge of the game. I remember camping Lord Gimblox in Sol A on a level 52 cleric when Nightman zoned in. He came straight to me and I was forced to gate. I grumbled to myself about hacking and necros not having track, then realized I was sitting right at one of the most popular camps in that zone - the first place a roving PvPer would check.

And believe me, dude, I'm pretty sure Everquest is all Beastagor has left since those Orc pirates killed his entire family and burned his potato farm to the ground. Twice. I overheard him say when he logs off for more than five minutes, the tears start to flow, and he has to go kill level 10s in Crushbone with a bow. So yeah, he's pretty good at this game.
