Our first trips through ST every warder dropped cloth cap + primals only until we killed them all once. There was a conspiracy theory that they wouldn't drop loot until each warder was killed. We usually get at least one or two actual items per kill but we have gone kills where it was pure cloth caps.

our first hraashna kill was double SoD and some primals, so i don't think that's the case
i just don't even see why they're dropping Cloth Caps at all, or so frequently for that matter
