How can they not be devout when the majority of them support Sharia law?
You view moderate Islam as some secularized hip cosmopolitan assimilated fantasy. That's a farce. I've shown you objectively what moderate Islam looks like, and it involves Sharia, the subjugation of women, intolerance of infidels and homosexuals, and many other values you yourself likely find objectionable.
