There's nothing "cunning" about Japan. He's just your garden-variety troll, typing provocative things to get a response from idiots on the internet. With him there is no subtlety to speak of, nothing particularly insightful and, worst of all, his jokes are rarely funny. He's a completely skimmable poster and once he's gone a few days no one will notice.
