Figured I'd chime in on this one.. what's so different from all the billions of animals (rabbits, mice, etc) that have been euthanized because of their participation in animal testing facilities? Surely, these facilities are centers for 'controlled' experiments, but how does a 'controlled' experiment have any more moral virtue than a 'recreational' experiment?

I'm not saying that what wodiranger is doing is right, actually - I'm saying quite the opposite; he should be reprimanded by his peers for such an act... But I think that many people have jumped the gun here. I have a friend who took a job at one of these facilities, and every day she comes home and feels like death because of the shit that these animals go through. The animals chew off their fur, their tails, etc, and "possible side effects" (which go on product labels) are taken into consideration based on their behavior.

And let it be known, the only drug I use these days is alcohol.

it's like you make the atomic bomb (server) and you don't want to let other countries (guilds) have nuclear secrets (under the radar information). it's gm's business and no one else's or else everyone gets nuked. letting Iran or North Korea beta test and keep the successful nukes, makes other countries uncomfortable.
