Do you get any protections from the Dept of Labor for having a medical condition? If the employer knew before hiring you, I assume they have to respect it. Wonder what happens if you get new medical conditions during the job itself.
I always figured they could just fire your ass, just not directly. Layoff, decrease work, draw-down, make you quit.
