Neriak I'm at an impass with the damn opposing factions, already done the red wine quest but does nothing for the factions that still hate me.

Some are more tricky than others, you only want the guard/vendor factions really.
Indigo Brotherhood as an example, unless you walk into the warrior guild by accident it's not going to be fatal.
