You don't need to apologize. This thread is hilarious because you're being far more lenient in your rule enforcement than Chest was in his in the PoM thread where he used the exact same rule.
How long did Chest wait before he took the camp from Nixxar? Less than ONE MINUTE. Less than the time it takes to relog a character! Chest lawyer-stole the camp because 45 seconds was TOO LONG, and now you're giving BDA 45 minutes!

Despite any specific guild being involved, this is exactly what I thought but didn't feel like typing out. It seemed so familiar. If the mobs are spawned and sitting there and you are not killing them almost immediately upon spawning you relinquish your claim. It has been stated again and again on the forums every time something like this comes up. If you're camping something, keep it dead. It doesn't matter if you are trying to resuscitate your mother or your dog got hit by a car (or, you know, buffing someone leaving a camp). It may not make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but it's the way it works and it's not something new.
