In my own experience and I'm not forcing anyone else to think this but I've had terrible service and response from DAP members. Rude, Slow and usually careless.
When I go out of my way to hunt down nearly any other druid or wizard who is willing to port and is not in DAP they've been nine times out of ten polite, timely and very helpful.
Idk if DAP needs to regulate some better community rules in their guild or what but I wont be giving my plat to their members until I see quality change.
