As so many "try red" posters have pointed out, that falls under the "general community" branch of the project 1999 forums, it is not blue specific. Furthermore, I checked the rules thread and the roster thread in that forum and did a control +F and neither of them specified they were blue only. Try again.

Seriously? You sir are a moron. Try posting in that forum sometime. Oh and look at who has access to it. There is a difference anyone can post in the forums we are posting in. Only BLUE guilds officers and leaders who have special permission can post in that forum. I don't even believe your trying to troll at this point I just think you lack the intelligence to comprehend the difference. /shrug
I am glad my posts offer you a distraction. I have no stake in the red vs blue fight. I give people options and I try to correct misconceptions posted by people like you from both servers.
