I am not sure how daily fantasy leagues can be gambling, but a season long fantasy league is not. It is literally the same exact shit, in fact "skill" comes into play a lot more since it is far more matchup oriented than a year long league.
What is next, I'm gonna get arrested for throwing 5 bucks in the march madness office pool?
