I like how everyone condemns BMI because it "doesn't take into account muscle mass". Stupid excuse for fat people.
If you have a lot of muscle mass, you aren't concerned about your BMI...you're concerned about body fat%...and you're eating insanely healthy and lifting religiously 3-5 times a week.
Getting below 10% for a dude is a major commitment...and only then do you start having the BMI being high for your weight.

Sound fat. While yes, there are far better methods of determining body fat, calipers and underwater for example, my point was the scale to determine obesity isn't flawless - please continue to put everyone in a box. Even the military uses a similar flawed metric and will measure tape you for being over height/weight ratio.
