That sounds like a great idea, even walking it would be an experience. I use to do a lot of hiking and backpacking. Depending on the trip, some friends and I would do 10-15 miles plus a day and that's with camping gear. But that wasn't in vegas style heat, sure sometimes during the summer but dang. terrible idea, that's one of the many multicultural parts of Vegas. Had a homie get mugged doing that walk not long ago. Don't risk it buddy.
