SOE could never have pulled a movie off. They fumbled and bumbled trying to manage and develop the success of EQ itself. They also abused their customers and community with an iron fist, whereas Blizzard fostered and developed their community with great management and community relations. A little good-will goes a long way. Night and Day difference.
