No question the only really difficult part of end game raiding is managing 16 hour windows with a raid force ready to go and FTE...but don't be so vague and butthurt to say that lining up a tank swap with a chain between 2 vents is simple...these are the types of things that zerging doesn't solve.
The point remains that 50-70 players in NToV versus mobs with 300k hp is not a zerg you blowhards.
