I don't have any particular issues with BDA, but I didn't think there was a statute of limitations on breaking a rule around here. There may have been 'tacit approval' up to this point, but now that it's been brought to their attention (if it hasn't before) then you should either receive expressed approval or denial. If nothing else this thread just highlights, again, the whimsical nature of the staff's rule enforcement.
