you can stay at level 49/54/55 forever and farm seafuries to your hearts content

1. When de-leveling you do, in fact, retain a higher skillcap on your skills
2. De-levelling allows players to PVP lowbies in rags while wearing equipment that was intended SOLELY for acquisition by level 60s at the very utmost end game.
3. Red99 is an absolutely MISERABLE fucking experience.

I didn't get "griefed off the server." In fact I only died twice in PVP by the time I hit level 52, being that I was playing a Cleric. I quit of my own volition.

Again....if Red99 had a consistent population of 1000-2000 players it would POSSIBLY be a viable EverQuest PVP server.

EverQuest PVP as I experienced it, back in the years 2000 to 2003, entailed three, four, perhaps even FIVE guilds PVPing over almost every raid encounter. The end-game, raid-guild population on Tallon Zek was greater than your ENTIRE SERVER'S POPULATION.
it sounds like you get really angry over video games. take a breather dude. i've only ever seen maybe a small handful of deleveled characters, and that's including mage farm bots that won't ever pvp you. now that epics have a 46 requirement the only active deleveled characters don't even play anymore.
