We also have a strong community of players willing to help both new players, and blue players who want to make the switch alike. It's hard to give up what you have on blue or another box and start fresh, but at the end of the day you're making progress on a server that's more fun to play on, especially at the endgame. <Thunderdome> is an awesome leveling guild full of groups running at every range. I know there's several players who do a lot to help new, dedicated players in my guild <TMO> and I'm sure all the other guilds on the server also have cool people willing to help out people making the switch.
