Hey all,
Just want to say hi. I spoke to Fountree today and presented myself.
Kaball, Level 21 Paladin. (Not a twink)
Like most of you, I recently found out about Project 99. I was on Facebook and saw an add or something and it brought me to this game. I couldn't believe there was a EMU server dedicated to oldschool EQ. So I went to P99 and figured out how to get in on this and downloaded and etc..
So here I am, 21 levels later and can't get over how awesome so far the community has been and active the game is. It's as close as it feels to oldschool EQ.
So then comes a time to find a Guild. Well I have done some research about the active guilds on the server to see where I found fit it. But, who has room for a an old foggy like myself who doesn't have the time to put in like I used to back in the day. However, I am dedicated , experienced, willing to contribute and have key times I can play during the week.
So after looking around add reading your forum recruiting front page. I have come to the conclusion that I believe <Ill Tempered Sea Bass> seem like the kind of place I would fit it, but I will let you all be the judge of that.
I know I'm 21, and atm, it's hard for me to contribute, but I am leveling fast and looking forward to swinging swords and casting spells by your side! Once..... my daughters in bed after 7:30pm HAHHAHA. <Dad life> lol
