The fact that you grouped bench and squat weight together indicates to me that you know fuckall about weightlifting. Someone's maximum squat weight is going to be much more than their maximum bench weight. Looks like you need to lurk on the bodybuilding.com forums for a bit longer before spouting your bullshit.
