Also as promised, and just to keep everyone updated.... I went to the gym again this morning. That's 5 days in a row. Any other gym goers on the forums? Post up your routine!
I tend to start on the treadmill, 30 minutes at 11.5km/h.... then switch to the bike and do intervals for 25-30 minutes, followed by jumping back on the treadmill for a brisk 5-8 minute walk to cool down.
Debating whether to go up to 35-40 minutes at my current run speed or stick at 30 minutes and try to bump it up to 12km/h... any thoughts?
I sweat a lot, but that means it's working....feels great <3
