Been running 10k (6 mile) events since 2012 but looking to step it up to half marathons...which is hard to train for in the gym but I'm working up my leg strength, increasing my running speed, using a small incline. I might start intervals next week but I feel like I prefer those on the bikes.
Crucially though my diet is much better. No more energy drinks or easy food while playing EQ, have cut out red meat, alcohol, processed food. This is week 2 of some big lifestyle changes...and in part brought on by not having the internet properly anymore (typing this from my phone).
Just under 3 weeks til Vegas, gotta look good in dem selfies, nawmeen?
