I look at it this way, consider this server as a server that doesn't allow multiple connections from the same ip. If you do get an exemption, it's a privilege, and it's up to you to make sure it doesn't appear that you're abusing it. Because if you start making excuses (guy is getting me a beer) then everyone could have one and i'm sure we'd hear some really good excuses.

Also it's worth noting that the people who get banned for 2 boxing are the ones who probably do MOST of the time have 2 people playing from the same IP, but then there's the temptation of 2 boxing just because you can... and that's when you'll get caught.
