In my opinion, that's the critical issue at hand. Guilds are refusing to self police. That would go a long way towards fixing an already toxic raid scene, so that GMs won't have to get involved, which they eventually will.

This would be wonderful if all guilds agreed to stepping up and conceding. You may refer to my reply to your PM about self-policing being a two-way street, requiring all guilds to be honest and accountable. Currently that is not the case.

Standards/Rules are great and all, but everyone needs to follow them. Not just some.
