i used to play a necro on xegony, named alabrio
at the age of 17, having a 49 necro during classic, did not invite me to be kind
many friday evenings were spent in the cyber cafe (womgz DSL), where i would gather spectres, guide them into the sea, then swim towards the docks
only the newbies with wolverine-like senses would see the scythes above the water, moving towards the dock
anyway, after doing that for a few weeks, i ran into a Junx-Cognatus PoF Raid and shouted "nagasaki hiroshima boom boom"
staff never punished me but i had to sell the char since i couldn't get a decent guild after that
tl;dr: when most of the server doesn't like you, there often is a reason, and getting locked out of content due to shitty social status is as classic as it gets
if you had short term bergers you can reroll and recover, if not, take community advice and GTFO
