You would need way over 225+ to consistently resist shock of lightning and chaotic feedback on the regular. People resist it consistently at like 150+ on red. Shock of Lightning was my go to all the way into Luclin until chain casting on someone with a pile of hp wasn't effective. When PoP came out resists were so absurd that it would just get straight resisted. Strafing around an opponent to change the direction the shock came from was bread and fucking butter wizard pvp. To hear that it's completely non functioning on red is sad.
