This is a prime example of what a scumbag chest is. It couldn't be more obvious that he wanted the camp and was prepared to do whatever he needed to take it. The pixel lust is strong. A true flaw in his character. A terrible decision was made to give him the camp, but that happens sometimes. GMs are human. Hopefully some better reason will be used if this happens again.
