54+ quadding doesn't exist really.
Burning Woods you can rarely find 4 blues but not many safe places to quad, way too many roamers.
Raptors in TD start to green out
Wyverns in CS start to green out
Othmir in CS some stay blue but you have to pick out only non-casters
Kelethin/Neriak guards begin to green out around that level also
Skyfire has lots of mobs but you would want to avoid half of them like chromos or wurms due to their dispel/HPs
Leveling 54+ on a wizard sucks and is the reason AE groups were made.
