Having a similar situation a long time ago. Eviction laws are ridiculous and nuts. You could've got a restraining order with a move out decree. They would've issued a temporary on the spot and had the police escort him. This day in age law enforcement , least here in Cali... Don't like to touch shit like this , unless you got a court order. I literally had a old friend of mine move his shit in my house randomly one day while I was at work. When I had the police remove him , they wouldn't do shit. I had to wait until the weekend was over to go to the court house and file shit to get him removed. Fucker got a free hotel stay over the weekend while prancing around as if he won the battle of the wits. Drugs bro drugs
