okay glad BoC is dropping, ele-classicevangalistcs be damned...anywho

the "big" deal of BoC.. if I am not mistaken, along with the red epic, and later the Blade of War - is that it has a pure +hate proc- we wont get into the mechanics... but it essentially finally allowed warriors to keep a handle on their agro quite well...mostly get a proc or 2 in, esp red+boc then call assist and usualy if people did not go retardo agro was stable as procs started stacking... this was "BIG" from my exp in classic- like it was a game changer for guilds to get 1 or 2 BoC's so they could 1) increase assist call time and 2) increase stability on war tanking.

But here in p99 we know every damn trick in the book land and we have mallets and this and that and wort pots and bla bla bal... other than stats and dps... is a BoC as "game changing" now as it was then?
