I've been trying to complete my set of crescent gear and hunting all the kly's in Dalnir a lot for them.

I've yet to see any Kly Invokers (pants), and the Kly Evokers (shoes) are very rare.

I've cleared the 2nd and 3rd floor multiple times, maybe I'm just extremely unlucky but I think it's more likely those spawns are missing.
