lot of factors there pal. generally very unlikely long as its fresh and you are a healthy specimin. eat it by itself to decrease your risk tremendously and just don't overdo it.
Its about the quantity of salmonella but also the strain, not really about the fact salmonella and ecoli may be present. Some strains of salmonella can be beastmode even with exposure to a small culture. gonorrhea for example, its generally present on women but not in any concentration to ever do anything ever.
I personally wouldn't just because I prefer to not take any risks, even if its 1%
