Vonhammer told me early on in my ranger career to get these items and I'd be good to solo to 60. Took awhile, but I got them all by I wanna say 54 or 55 being TMO scum. With this setup and chloroplast getting 60 solo wasn't bad at all even with 40% penalty and no fear.
90% self haste, slow procs, 25 a tick regen, and a massive DS with coat, thorns, and shaman potion made leveling a ranger such a fun experience. Wander Norath and kill anything blue on your track window.
