I'm not sure what state you live in but he may have some sort of tenant rights. He could make your life miserable if he's smart but he's a meth junkie so most likely he can't keep a train of thought longer than two seconds.
If you are renting just break your lease and pay the price to move to a new place. Fuck sticking around all that drama. It's a small price to pay to have some peace and happiness.
My first reaction would be to beat the guys ass and establish alpha dominance of the territory but if you think about it for a second this is a bad path to take. The guy is a meth junkie. He knows where you live. You gonna get robbed.
Why in the world would you ever invite somebody like that into your home to begin with? Some people just crave drama I guess, though i prefer mine to be limited to online only.

its alot to read through, but if you read the comments, i stated i let him move in under the impression that he was clean, and it was only supposed to be untill he went to court because everyone was sure he was going to jail. we were also both in the army. anyway he didnt go to jail and i more or less got stuck with him in my home. i absolutely do not enjoy or crave drama, though i do like to dabble in the dark arts of RnF from time to time.
