I'm not sure what state you live in but he may have some sort of tenant rights. He could make your life miserable if he's smart but he's a meth junkie so most likely he can't keep a train of thought longer than two seconds.
If you are renting just break your lease and pay the price to move to a new place. Fuck sticking around all that drama. It's a small price to pay to have some peace and happiness.
My first reaction would be to beat the guys ass and establish alpha dominance of the territory but if you think about it for a second this is a bad path to take. The guy is a meth junkie. He knows where you live. You gonna get robbed.
Why in the world would you ever invite somebody like that into your home to begin with? Some people just crave drama I guess, though i prefer mine to be limited to online only.
